The hydro-degradable and bio-degradable capsule releases polymers, which create a water storage, equivalent to 100 to 200 times the initial volume of the capsule, into the soil, or whatever it is buried in. It is formed as an outer shell produced in a permeable and bio-degradable material. The shell contains the polymers, in the form of crystals, granules or powder, which have the property of absorbing upto 200 times their own volume of liquid, which is then released progressively to the plant, which has the capsule inserted amongst its roots.
