PURPOSE:To provide the electronic maintenance device for recording and instructing a procedure in the case of repairing a satellite communication receiver or the like. CONSTITUTION:A memory device 1 stores a fault phenomenon and a repairing method for each kind of the constitution of an equipment or for each installing place of the equipment and stores the relation between the normal value of an operational environment and the repairing method at an abnormal time to be shown by the reception level or AGC voltage of the equipment. An input device 2 inputs data showing the constitution of the equipment or the installing place and the fault phenomenon or the operational environment of the equipment and while referring to the memory device 1, an operation processor 3 read out the information of the repairing method corresponding to the input of the fault phenomenon or reads out the repairing method correspondent at abnormal time by comparing the data of the operational environment with the normal value. An output device 4 displays or prints the read repairing method.
