PURPOSE:To simply grasp the good seller commodities in the file capacity much smaller than the capacity secured when the account files of all commodities are prepared by producing a good seller commodity account file based on the sale data and storing sale data on the commodities that are frequently sold into the produced file. CONSTITUTION:When the sale data on the sold commodities are inputted in a commodity selling state (step 1), it is checked whether the names of the sold commodities are already registered in a good seller commodity account file (step 2). If registered, the commodities are added to the number of sold commodities (step 3) and the account file is adjusted in the order of larger number of sold commodities (step 4). If not registered, it is checked whether the number of commodity names registered in the file is larger than 300 or not (step 5). If so, a small number of sold commodities is decided and the sale data are disused (step 7). If not, the names of the commodities and the number of commodities are newly registered in the file (step 6). |
