PURPOSE:To provide a humidifying structure for a cold storage display case in which various types of complicated facilities and devices for humidifying, a water work piping construction of a humidifying object, an electric construction, etc., are eliminated, maintenance is hardly required, and a cost can be largely reduced. CONSTITUTION:A cold storage case 1 of a closed type is covered on its front surface with a glass, etc., introduces or discharge a commodity from a slide door 3 of a back surface and guides cold air C heat exchanged with a cooler 6 provided in a floor 5 by a fan 7 in box 8, and has a porous aluminum 15 disposed at positions where the cold air in a ceiling 3, a shelf plate 9, a cold air duct 4, etc., of the case 1. The aluminum 15 is obtained by sintering aluminum powder, and has many communication holes and fine leaf-like protrusions of a bamboo grass closely grown in the holes to provide functions of absorbing moisture from the atmosphere invaded when a sliding door of the case is opened and evaporating a predetermined quantity of the absorbed moisture by passage of the cold air. Thus, the case in which the cold air is introduced can be held at a high humidity. |
