CONSTITUTION: This circuit is constituted of first, second, and third shift registers 200, 210, and 220, first, second, and third AND gates 230, 240, and 250, first, second, and third transistors Q5, Q6, and Q7, resistors RB and rn, and diodes 260, 270, 280, and 310. Then, the costs of a driving circuit can be reduced, the circuit constitution can be made simple, and a chip area at the time of integration can be reduced by the resistance RB provided instead of a source driving transistor. Also, the delay of an output signal due to the resistance RB can be reduced by the resistance rn.
