PURPOSE:To unify the filling density of a paste in a tube and reduce the dispersion of the filling density in the tube by controlling the retreating speed of nozzles interlockingly with the filling pressure of the paste. CONSTITUTION:Seamless pipes 1 diagonally cut off at the tip are assembled to a fixed jig in the same direction and at the same tip position to obtain a nozzle unit 5. The pipes 1 are inserted to the ends 2b of tubes 2. A fluid paste is discharged into the tubes 2 via a pump 7, a servo motor 8 is driven according to the allowable range shown by the upper limit and lower limit of a pressure indicator 6 fitted to the root manifold 4 of the nozzle unit 5, and the nozzle unit 5 is retreated from the tube terminals 2b. |
