LOSS COMPRESSION METHOD FOR FULL MOTION VIDEO

PURPOSE: To provide a method for executing lossless compression for a full motion video by utilizing redundancy among frames more than that of conventional technology. CONSTITUTION: The feature of a change is determined by analyzing each frame (122) and only change information in the whole frame sequence is stored (134). Basic information is stored in a library to use it together with a future frame by utilizing also the knowledge of the future frame.
