PURPOSE:To continue a production line within the allowable range of precision of control without stopping the production line by controlling the electronic equipment on the basis of theoretical value data of proofreading when a control means detects an error of proofreading data. CONSTITUTION:In addition to a nonvolatile memory NVR7 such as an EEP- ROM stored with proofreading data proofread on the basis of characteristics of an individual temperature controller, parameters necessary for control, a minimum value of a temperature range, etc., the temperature controller is equipped with an unerasable and rewritable memory ROM9 such as an EP-ROM; and theoretical value data (or design value data) on the proofreading of the temperature controller are stored in this ROM9. When a CPU 1 detects the error of the proofreading data, the electronic equipment is controlled on the basis of the theoretical value data of the proofreading. Therefore, even if the proofread data are destroyed, the production line can be carried on within the allowable range of control without being stopped. |
