The plastics fan casing is fitted onto the water casings of the radiator. The fitting junction pivots with an axis (m) parallel to the first longitudinal side of the radiator. The fixing parts consist of a slotted circular arc (17) and circular arced hooks (19) having partially cylindrical surfaces and housing without play in the slots. The slots are made in pairs of ribs (15) which project from the water casing , and the hooks are on the fan casing (2). The slots and hooks have corresponding concentric radii (R1,R2). The common centre (M) of these radii is on the pivoting axis (m). The centre (M) of the radii is moved into a sector about 15 degrees towards a point (M') which is a distance ( e1,e2) from the sides. The length of the hook arcs corresponds approximately to a quarter of a circle and the slot arc length is less than a quarter of a circle.
