PURPOSE:To provide document data variable display device capable of optionally changing a page feeding speed in accordance with operator's reason. CONSTITUTION:This document data variable display device is provided with a data reading means for reading out display data in each page, a page feeding parameter calculating means 1 for setting up the page feeding direction and speed of display data and a page feeding processing means 2 for executing page feeding processing based upon an output from the means 1 and a page feeding information inputting mechanism 10 is juxtaposed with the means 1. The mechanism 10 includes two, one and the other, band-like resistance plates 11, 12, a contact electrode 13 abutted upon the plates 11, 12 and equipped so as to be reciprocated and a contact moving knob member 14 supporting the electrode 13 and the means 1 detects a change in each circuit resistance due to a contact position between the electrode 13 and each of the plates 11, 12 and outputs the detected change as a page feeding speed parameter. |
