PURPOSE:To provide a document processing method and device therefor allowing 2nd document information annexed to 1st document information to correspond to changed 1st document information. CONSTITUTION:When document information in an old document file 51 is changed, a comment file 52 corresponding to the changed document information is retrieved and the retrieved new document comment data 54 are stored correspondingly to a changed new document file 53. The comment information of the file 52 which can not be retrieved is registered in a drop-out comment file 55 so as to be discriminated and the contents of the retrieved new document comment file 54 and the unretrieved drop-out comment file 55 are displayed so as to be discriminated. |
