The supports inner space of its outer sleeve (2) has an inner cuff (5) fitted, forming an air-tight, intermediate chamber (4). The cuff is inflatable by individual pressure strokes carried out by a hand blow pump (7), coupled to the air filling branch (6), under reduction of the inner space. Pref. the outer sleeve and the inner cuff have a dia. and an axial extension of 60mm. The inner cuff is typically rubber or rubber-elastic plastics. The hand pump comprises a rubber balloon (10) and a pressure reduction valve (8).
