The method produces workpieces with one or more non straight running sections divided from a single piece. The piece can be of stone, metal, plastics etc. and is worked using woodworking methods. The single piece can be cut, milled, ground or worked using other wood working techniques. The single piece, after being sectioned, is correspondingly re-joined as a single piece with the inner surfaces exposed to the outer of the new form.
