Single or multipole test connector for high power terminal

In the test connector high currents flow over the test loop during testing. The test connector has a contact plug (10) for each pole. Each contact plug comprises a long stack of individual laminar plates, with a rear connection end (14) and a front test contact end (16). The laminar plates are not connected in the region of the test contact end and have of front open slot (16) transverse to the laminae faces. The laminar plates are only connected together in the region of the connection end. The slot opens out from the stack centre in a wedge shape (24) and after an inwardly curving section (30) has a slit which runs transversely to the faces of the laminae to form the test contact end.
