<p>A magnetooptic disk player records and/or reproduces the information of a magnetooptic disk loaded into a disk cartridge (1,1') using an optical pickup and a magnetic head (30). The apparatus loads and unloads the magnetooptic disk cartridge (1,1') on a deck using a mechanism.
