A dialysis sack (12) is closed at one end with a weighted clamp (13) which includes a magnetic bar (23). The closed sack is placed in a container (11) filled with a dialysis buffer solution (10). The container (11) is placed on a magnetic stir plate (24), and the clamp (13) and dialysis sack (12) are turned within the buffer solution (10) so that the buffer at the surface of the dialysis sack is continuously renewed.
