<p>The antibodies from the aqueous fraction of bird egg yolks are prepared so that their centrifuged aqueous solution, after being frozen, is mixed with 7 to 10% by weight/volume of coagulation agent, sodium chloride, with a pH of 3 to 5. This simple method produces pure antibodies for applications in the food industry, cosmetics and medicine.</p> |
