The method implements the frame format function with a novel function and additional transmission ability of information through the optical cable. The method comprises; the frame bit forming step; the step of forming the order wire bit after the frame bit; the step of forming data bit displaying data bit rate; the step of displaying the error bit and alarm bit showing the apparatus status.
