PURPOSE:To obtain a heated sheetlike food using edible meat free from shrinkage caused by roasting by using a conventional device for producing a heated sheetlike food. CONSTITUTION:This method for producing a heated sheetlike food using edible meat is finely grinding a raw material containing 10-40% meat by an edible meat grinder such as cutter to prepare dough, heating and processing the dough at <=120 deg.C rotary drum temperature by using a sheetlike forming machine. |
