PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of smoke and unnecessitate the smoke- exhaustion apparatus, by attaching a suction port to the outside of the removable roasting grill, forming an opening in the combustion chamber under the roasting grill, connecting the suction port with the opening, and providing a fan to the connecting duct. CONSTITUTION:The smoke generated from the meat roasted on the roasting grill 8 is entrained by air sucked through the suction port 6, and sent through the gap 5, the smoke-exhaustion port 18, the connection duct 11, and the openings 12, 12... of the aeration duct 10 into the combustion chamber 14 by the fan 15. The smoke component is burnt in the combustion chamber 14 in which the gas discharged from the burners 7, 7 is burnt. Accordingly, there is absolutely no exhaustion of smoke from the roasting apparatus. |
