PURPOSE:To accurately transfer a lens pattern without generating axial shift by providing a sheet like transparent base material having active energy beam curable resin layers formed to both surfaces thereof between lens molds to irradiate the active energy beam curable resin layers with active energy beam through the lens molds to cure and shape both layers at the same time. CONSTITUTION:A molding sheet 3 is obtained by forming active energy beam curable resina layers 2, 2' each containing a thermoplastic polymer, a monomer having one or more unsaturated double bond in its molecule and a photopolymerization initiator on both surfaces of a sheet like transparent base material 1 to be placed on a transparent lens mold 4 having a lenticular lens pattern formed thereon. The whole is placed on a transparent substrate 5 to be superposed one upon another by an air bubble removing roller 6 and an opaque lens mold 7 is superposed on the molding sheet 3 to deform the molding sheet 3 into a lenticular pattern by a press. Then, the molding sheet is irradiated with active energy beam from a lower active energy beam irradiation device to cure and shape the active energy beam curable resin layers 2, 2'. |
