PURPOSE:To simply produce a hollow resin molded object excellent in strength by injection molding using no core by forming a hollow resin molded object consisting of a cavity part and upwardly and downwardly bent pipes from an inside resin molded object wherein three divided inside members are connected and the outside resin molded object coating the inside resin molded object. CONSTITUTION:A hollow resin molded object 1 is obtained by bonding three inside members 5,6,7 produced by injection molding along a bonding line 8 to form an inside resin molded object 9 and using this molded object as a core to form an outside resin molded object by injection molding to coat the molded object 9. By this simple manufacturing method requiring no core, the hollow resin molded object having no bonding surface on the outside surface thereof, excellent in strength and generating no leak is obtained. |
