PURPOSE:To avoid the column part of a building skeleton, and extend the room internal space in the front of the column part by setting a toilet bowl on the back part side, and forming the front of either one of lateral side walls of the toilet bowl into an outward swollen part. CONSTITUTION:In this toilet unit 1, a toilet bowl 4 is set on the back side, the left side wall 5 of the toilet bowl 4 is formed as an outward swollen part 8, and a door 6 is arranged in the front of the toilet bowl 4. Since a building skeleton 3 has a column part 2 in a corner part, the toilet unit 1 can be set, avoiding the column part 3, and the swollen part 8 is arranged in the front of the column part 2 to prevent a dead space from being formed between the building skeleton 3 and the toilet unit 1. The swollen part 8 has a counter 9 overhanging forward, and the counter 9 has a wash bowl 10, so that a person can stand along the counter 9 and also wash the hands. A suspended cabinet 11 is arranged above the counter 9 to store sanitary fixtures such as towels. |
