PURPOSE:To provide a novel coating type granular agent used for agriculture and horticulture and capable of being safely used, by coating an oil-nonabsorbing granular carrier with an active ingredient for agricultural chemicals and/or an inactive fine powder material in the presence of a specific water-insoluble thermoplastic resin as an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A coating type granular agent for agriculture and horticulture is obtained by coating an oil-nonabsorbing granular carrier with an active ingredient for agricultural chemicals and/or an inactive fine powder material in the presence of a water-insoluble thermoplastic resin emulsified in water as an adhesive. The active ingredient includes 5-amino-1-(2,6dichloro-4- trifluoromethylphenyl)-3-cyano-4-trifluoromethanesulfinylpyrazol. The water- insoluble thermoplastic resin includes polyvinyl acetate, vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer, vinyl acetate-vinyl versatate copolymer, vinyl acetate-ethylene-vinyl chloride terpolymer, polyacrylate ester, and acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer. |
