PURPOSE: To provide a device for thermoforming a pouring spout to which an outer lid part like a screw cap is attached from a thermoplastic material sheet by using the lid part as a mold. CONSTITUTION: A thermoforming apparatus includes a molding tool 4 and a tube 5 for advancing an outer lid part 6. A spacer ring made of an elastically yieldable material, for example, rubber is arranged on the advancement tube 5. A neck 14 is formed between the upper side wall of a package and the outer lid part 6. |
