CONSTITUTION:This compound is represented by formula I (R<1> is H, a 5-7C cycloalkyl, etc.; R<2> is phenyl; R<7> and R<8> are each H, methyl, etc., with the proviso that R<7> and R<8> are not H at the same time) such as (R)-(+)-3- diphenylphosphino-3'-methoxy-4, 4'-biphenanthryl.
