A food mixer capable of mixing, chopping and cutting food comprises a main body (1) having a couple of supporters (4, 4a) on a base-plate (3), between which a bowl receiving chamber is prepared, and a motor case (12) having a motor base (10) mounted on the top of the supporters. The motor shaft (9a) extending downward is equipped with a pin key (11) at its lower end, and assembles the parts into a cutter assembly which is arranged in turn a socket shaft (23) having a key hole (22), a packing ring (20), an elastic cap member (21), a rotation member (15), an under cover (19) and an extended shaft (26) equipped with two horizontal cutter blades (24, 25) which are vertically spaced and arranged at right angles. This structure allows the mixer to be easily disassembled and cleaned.
