PURPOSE:To introduce a structure by which an air conditioner hardly produces condensate at the air outlet even when its cooling operation is effected in a highly humid atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:At a downward ejection part 2a at the forward end of the outlet 2 a hollow 7 forming an air passageway 6 leading slantingly upward is provided on the inner side. Passage holes 7b, 7a communicating with the air passageway 6 are provided above and under the hollow 7 respectively as means of circulating the room air through the air passageway 6 so that the surface temperature of the hollow 7 is raised over the temperature of the cooled air. With this structure, the air conditioner hardly produces condensate (formation of drain) at the wall surface of the hollow 7 at the air outlet 2. |
