<p>PURPOSE:To effectively displace the vibration plate of an ink jet recording head. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric plate 2 is formed by laminating conductive layers 2b so as to leave leading and rear end parts and a leading end plate 6 for assisting pressurization and a rear end plate 7 for bonding vibrators are fixed to one surfaces of the respective inactive parts 4f, 4r of the leading and rear end parts of the piezoelectric plate 2. Further, the piezoelectric plate 2 is cut on the leading end side thereof along the leading end plate 6 and, by respective piezoelectric vibrators 3 formed by the piezoelectric plate 2 and the leading end plate 6, the vibration plates of an ink jet recording head are displaced parallel while pressed over a wide surface to effectively pressurize the ink in a pressure chamber.</p> |
