PURPOSE:To easily supply and take out a tire by constituting a plurality of press member pairs respectively consisting of center parts and fan-shaped parts so as to be capable of selecting a full-circular state forming the inside surface of a tire bead part and a non-circular state becoming smaller than the inner diameter of the tire bead part. CONSTITUTION:At the time of the vulcanization molding of a tire, at first, a plurality of the press member pairs 1,2 ; 3,4 in a center mechanism are superposed one upon another to keep a narrow noncircular state and allowed to stand by on the lower mold 7 of a tire vulcanizing machine. A green tire T is held by a loader L to be erected on the lateral side of the respective press member pairs 1-4. Next, the green tire T is allowed to fall by the loader L to be allowed to coincide with the respective axes of the press member pairs 1-4. Continuously, the press member pairs 1-4 are united to be held to a full- circular state and subsequently moved up and down to hold both upper and lower bead parts T1, T2 of the green tire T between the press member pairs 1-4 and bead rings 8,10. Thereafter, an upper mold 9 is clamped to the lower mold 7 to start molding vulcanization work. |
