PURPOSE: To stop bleeding simply and precisely after catheterization or an introduction guide member is removed by providing a junction connecting member near the external end of an inert tubular penetration member, and terminating an elongated channel of the insert tubular extended member in the junction connecting member. CONSTITUTION: Subsequently to catherization, or after the catheter is removed, an insert tubular penetration member 10 is inserted through a blood vessel wall 4. When the insert tubular penetration member 10 is inserted in the inside 5 of the blood vessel 4, a pressure gauge 14 indicates the pressure in the inside 5 of the blood vessel 4. While the pressure gauge 14 is read, the insert tubular penetration member 10 is removed, and when the measured pressure value suddenly drops, that is, after the tip of the insert tubular penetration member 10 is passed through an opening part 20 in the blood vessel wall 4, a hemostat supply means 15 is started to eject hemostat 16 from an elongated channel 11, thereby blocking a stab. This hemostat 16 is given to the inside of the blood vessel wall 4 by a trace hole of the catheter opened in the blood vessel wall 4. |
