<p>PURPOSE:To provide a gas multibranch unit of a collective type with a smaller installation space required for easy assembly and maintenance. CONSTITUTION:The first-fifth discs 1-5 as blocks are laminated, gas supply pipes 6-9 are connected to respective guide holes in the first disc 1, blow ports formed in the fifth disc 5 are faced to control holes in a control unit and given gas is forced into one of the gas supply pipes 6-9, so that the forced gas is blown out of the control holes via one flow passage communicating with the guide holes. Since the blocks are in a laminated form and blow pipes are eliminated, a smaller occupied space is required for easy connection and maintenance.</p> |
