PURPOSE: To develop a molding plate simply and satisfactorily executing the tight closure of the lower end in a space by pushing the outer peripheral surface of a tight-closing jacket to the inner surface of a ladle. CONSTITUTION: A refractory lining in the ladle 5 is partially repaired by using the annular molding plate 10. The molding plate 10 covers the repairing surface of the ladle 5, but arranges some interval from the ladle 5. Further, a pourable molding material 2 is poured into a space 9 between the original lining inner surface and the molding plate 10. Then, on the lower edge 11 on the molding plate 10 toward the bottom part of the ladle 5, a flexible closing jacket 23 extended over the surroundings of the molding plate 10, is disposed. The closing jacket 23 can be pushed onto the upper surface of repairing unnecessary zone 8' in the lining 7 arbitrarily with an annular element 22. In this way, a special processing, in which the zone to be repaired is closed for the remaining refractory lining, is unnecessary. |
