PURPOSE: To prevent movement of a locking piece relative to a housing by fastening the locking piece to the housing via a pressure member, and disposing a sealing element between the pressure member, the locking piece and the housing. CONSTITUTION: This support device 1 includes a bearing 13 surrounded by a housing 11 and having a first bearing part 39 provided in the housing and a second bearing part 37 provided at a locking piece 53 fastened to the housing for operating in association with the first bearing part 39, and an elastically deformable sealing element 59 preventing leakage of fluid present between the two bearing parts 39, 37 along the locking piece 53. The sealing element 59 is provided under pretension between the locking piece 53 having the second bearing part 37 and a pressure member 61 fastened to the housing 11, and the locking piece 53 is pressed against the housing 11 under the pretension of the sealing element 59.
