PURPOSE:To simplify storing working to a memory, and to delicately control air blowing according to a temperature and a distance. CONSTITUTION:A circumferential temperature is detected by a temperature sensor 1, and also the distance up to an object is detected by a distance sensor 2, fuzzy inference is carried out by a fuzzy calculation control means 4 in compliance with the detected temperature and the detected distance, and rotational speed of an air blowing fan 7 is found out according to the circumferential temperature and the distance up to the object so as to control driving of the air blowing fan 7.
