Seal or fastener device (1) capable of cooperating with at least one part to be sealed of an object, an apparatus or the like, comprising linking means (2) including at least two parts (4, 5) which can be interlocked by fitting at least one tenon (9) of one part into the through passage (14) of the other and are capable of being secured to one another, after interlocking, by crimping and/or deforming the tenon end and/or the edge of said pasage in the vicinity of said end. The device also comprises at least one arm (6) adapted to link said interlocking parts so that, after interlocking, the interlocking parts and said arm form a loop capable of surrounding said part to be sealed or surrounding one part of a joining element linked to the latter. |
