<p>PURPOSE:To miniaturize a power circuit and improve reliability by connecting a capacitor using an electrically conductive organic substance as solid electrolyte in parallel between a battery and a DC-DC converter. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor C using an electrically conductive organic substance as solid electrolyte is connected in parallel between a battery and a DC-DC converter. Hereat, as the conductive organic substance, complex salt of 7,7,8,8- tetracyanoquinodimethane(TCNQ) is used, and the complex salt of TCNQ is set to be N,N'-octamethylene. 3,5-lutidinium2.TCNQ4. This conductive organic substance has excellent recovery action by chemical insulating reaction utilizing Joule heat generated in a defective film part, concerning recovery action of dielectric film formed on a capacitor element, and hence in the solid electrolytic capacitor using this conductive organic substance, leak current is small and a short circuit trouble is less apt to be generated.</p> |
