The gripper device (4) has at least one frame part (6, 7 and/or 8) with at least tow outer grip arms (12, 13) which are pivotably located on the frame part around vertical pivot axes. Each outer grip arm has an outer part (12a, 13a) located on one side of the pivot axis, which outer parts have at least one outer grip component (18, 19). Each outer grip arm has an inner part (12b, 13b) located on the other side of the pivot axis, which inner parts work in conjunction with a force producing components (24, 25), pref. a hydraulic cylinder-piston unit. - The hydraulic cylinder - piston unit pivots the outer grip arms around their pivot axis and between the outer grip arms are arranged at least two inner grip components (26, 27) which permit at least one roll (5) or bale to be gripped by at least an outer and an inner grip component. |
