The sheet (1) is made from an upper layer (2) of a transparent and shiny material, such as a supporting film layer, and a layer of non-shiny varnish (9) beneath it, interposed between two sets of prints (5 - 8 and 10 - 13), or between one set of prints and the upper layer (2). The varnish layer can be complete, covering the whole surface of the sheet, or be in sections, and the supporting film layer can have more printing (14 - 21) on its upper surface, coated by another layer of shiny varnish (22). The underside of the sheet can be covered by a weldable film layer (3), held in place by a layer of adhesive (4), while the non-shiny varnish layer can be shaped to give a structured effect in some places.
