The device provides the power save function that a monitor checks the isolation status from PC according to cutting-off of the applied input signal from PC to the monitor and automatically turns off power. VGA control module(10) generates the R, G, B color signals and the vertical and horizontal synchronization signals. The output of the VGA control module(10) is applied to the input of VGA input module(30) for display of the monitor. If any access for input/output is not occurred during a predefined period, the monitor input control module(20) cuts off the output of the VGA control module(10) from the monitor.
