The method involves using an adhesive (12) which is preferably in the form of a single-constituent wood glue forced by a press into the building material (2) surrounding the expander part (9) formed by a longitudinal slot. The injector sleeve (8) is inserted into the inner hole (7) of the dowel (3) as far as the dowel expanding part. The material, dowel and fixture screw (14) are stuck together. The dowel has an extended neck (6) with edge (4). The injector sleeve has an opening (10) matching the narrowing inner hole in the dowel. The outer surface of the injector sleeve has a longitudinal notch starting from the end of the opening.
