Portable tool for applying one-sided adhesive tape

The tape is covered with a protective sheet and unwound from a roll turning on a boss on a plate. The tool comprises a protruding pressure roller (2) which turns on the plate (25), as does a roller (3) coiling the detached sheet. The two rollers are coupled together, and the tape is guided by a separating clip (24) preceding the pressure roller in the tape travel direction. The rollers can be coupled together via pulleys, spindles (15,16) and a belt or chain (19). The pulley (18) on the coiling-roller spindle is smaller than that (17) on the pressure roller spindle. The pressure roller can be of rubber.
