The method for manufacturing the floor material is composed of dispersing the colored granule ballsom the transparent skin layer. The floor material having base layer, unfoamed/foamed material layer, printed layer, skin layer, comprises the skin layer laminated with the plastisol having the dispersed colored granule balls of 100-1000 microns by 0.3-1.0 milimeters of thickness on the pattern-printed layer. The thickness ranged from the base layer to the printed layer is 1-5 times of the skin layer thickness.
