<p>A liquid skin cleanser composition with improved mildness and lathering characteristics, comprising: a) from about 3 parts to about 10 parts, by weight, of an alkyl ethoxylated sulfate anionic surfactant having an average degree of ethoxylation of at least about 2.0; b) from about 3 parts to about 10 parts of an amphoteric surfactant selected from the group consisting of betaine surfactants, imidazoline surfactants, aminoalkanoate surfactants, and iminodialkanoate surfactants, and mixtures thereof; c) from about 0.1 part to about 3 parts, by weight of an N-acylamino acid surfactant, or salt thereof; d) from about 0.01 part to about 0.5 parts, by weight of the composition, of a cationic cellulose ether derivative.</p> |
