The panel includes frond and back plates (1,11), a first electrode group (2) formed on the front plate in parallel, a dielectric layer (3) covering the electrodes (2), a second electrode group (10) orthogonally formed to the electrodes (2) on the back plate (11), barrier ribs (12) formed between the layer (3) and the electrodes (10) in parallel with the electrodes (2), and a fluorescent layer (8) applied on the both sides and lower part of the discharge lines formed by the ribs (12) and the electrodes (10), thereby removing a thin dielectric film applying process. |
