preparing two specimens of a same size; carrying out a bending test of the specimens within the strain range of 20˜80% against the total strain from starting point of stress-strain curve to maxi. point of it; carrying out a salt spray test of one specimen for above 30 days by JIS Z 2371 or ASTM 117-28, but this test of another specimen being not carried out; carrying out a tension test of two bent specimens; and measuring the stress corrosion cracking sensitivity by comparing tensile strengths and elongation rates of the tensioned specimens.
