The watering appts., for plants which are above shoulder level, has a rising tube (6) from the interior (2) of the container (1) with a constant cross section along its longitudinal axis (9). The container (1) has a flexible wall structure so that squeezing decreases the inner vol. and the rising tube dimensions take up the compression on the contents for delivery of the water. The container (1) is of elastic distorting soft plastics, at least in zones, of polyethylene or a polyester of a polyethylene base.
