The adhesive tape is characterized by forming a horizontal cutting part (3) and a vertical cutting part (4) of the adhesive tape wrapped on the paperboard tube, a paper holding part (5) of the non-adhesive part, and a void part (7) formed by inserting a medicum (6) between the both paper holding parts formed on the vertical cutting part. The cutting appts. comprises a supporting table (8) having a guide piece and a supporting piece, a main body (9), a drum (12) on the main body, a cutting tool (13), a cutting blade (22), and an isolating tool.
