<p>A filtering assembly (10) for protecting an air intake (4) of a structure (2). A flexible screen (12) is mounted so as to cover an air intake opening (4) of the structure (2). The screen (12) may be selectively moved in either of opposite directions so as to be raised or lowered across the intake opening (4).
