Miniature electromotor armature

The armature is for miniature electric motors. It includes a plate packet which is disposed on a shaft by means of a transition seat. The shaft has chamfering in the seat region in the hardened and ground state. The chamfers form a material ejection which increases the shaft diameter. The height of the chamfer is about 0.03mm. The chamfering is formed, for example, in a pressing process between two hard metal jaws.
